Reloading ? for 270WSM

New to reloading and I am planning on shooting the Hornady SST 150gr bullet and was wondering what cases and or powder to buy to reload these and have the best accuracy...Shooting them out of a Savage model 10 by the way!

You might try looking in the back pages of the "Guns, Bows, Shooting" forum. There has been several good loadings mentioned by others, including the one at the end of this thread that i worked up...

Reloader 17 is great powder for the 270WSM!

Sageadvice gave some sage advice.

RE 17 is a great powder for the 270wsm. I also have used RE 22 and MagPro with great results.

You might have to try a couple of powders until you find the one your bullet/gun combination likes best.

You MIGHT even have to try a different bullet to find the best load.

Good luck. Working up the perfect load is part of the fun.

Thanks guys, so a good starting point would be the RE17 then?...Dont have a ton of cash to get started with..can always try others later I guess when I get more cash!...i ppreciate the feedback.
