Region J

My group changed out hunting plans from Colorado to Wyoming. We have narrowed down our choice to either region J or F. If you could give us some general info about these regions it would be a big help. In unit J is it possible to get away from the crowds with the limited public access? Are areas that hold less or more deer than others.

As I stated in my past Colorado post, I am willing to trade Wisconsin diver duck or archery deer hunting tips for Wyoming mule deer tips.

Steve where do you live in Wisconsin? I live in a suburb of Madison. I have hunted region F for 6 years now. The area is OK if you don't mind hunting with the Grizz. and the damn wolves.We have had some success.
