Region F Deer

Looking for information, put Region F as my second choice. Liked the idea of later hunt dates, and it works better with my elk hunting schedule. Where should I start? Would just like the chance to chase deer around this year, tired of collecting only points everywhere else, try to get one OTC tag each year to make sure I remember how to hunt deer. Either rifle or archery.

Preferably mulies, but either or. I have a residents to go with me, can I find any mulies on that hunt?
