I was thinking about a left over tag for deer. I have been looking at the Kennady Peak area. Dose anyone know anything about it. Any help would be great. just looking to go somewhere until I draw a good tag. thanks and good luck.

Kennady Peak lies right on the spine of the Snowy Range. Heavy, heavy timber covers the mountain, most of it now dead due to pine beetle infestation. It's better known for elk hunting. I'm sure that there are a few deer on the mountain, but you can hunt for a week or more in that timber and never see them!
