I put my retired father and I in for WY Deer and we drew Region D. I am going to take him for the Oct. 1st opener and was hoping someone can give me some pointers on what areas would have good deer hunting and sight seeing. We will be limited to 3 or 4 days scouting right before the hunt opens. We live in AZ and am an avid hunter and I am sure I could with setting up a Coues whitetail, Javelina, Or even help with elk although drawing that tag is about like winning the lottery even for residents. Any help recieved is greatly appreciated. Thx
