REGION D Fishing??

I am wanting to head over into region D to do some scouting for the deer hunt but while I was there I was wanting to do a little fishing I was looking at "North and South Spring lake" Do these lakes hold any fish? If so what kind? What about Savery Creek? Thanks for any info
