Is max points for Wyoming (deer, elk, ant.) AFTER 09 draw 3 or 4 points?

Just a guess on my part but would say "3".

Thanks Brian. That is what I thought but the preference point look up says I have three and if you bought in September the extra point would not be reflected until November. Must have already updated. Thanks again...
