Quick License Question

So I just put in for a General Elk tag. I know I need to get one of the stamps as well for this hunt but do I have to buy it before the draw results or is that something I can get when/if I find out that i've been lucky enough to draw a tag? I'm a NR btw. Thanks.

Also remember if you were to hunt like near jakson they require a extra stamp . Just a little side note

You don't need to buy the conservation stamp until you draw. You have to have it signed and in your possession to hunt...
