After test driving the Mathews Drenalin and Bowtech Guardian, I pulled the trigger on the Guardian today. Both great bows, it's just that the Guardian felt better to me. Zero hand shock and no vibration at the shot, I could hardly believe that I had released the string. The Drenalin had just a bit of vibration at the shot. I am really excited about getting her all set up and to start shooting this summer. It's been over 20 years since I have bow hunted(time restraints and limited areas to hunt), but now I have a place to hunt with my cousin and If we are lucky enough to draw NM elk tags I will really be stoked about this fall. I just hope I didn't jinx our chances of drawing by buying the new bow
My new setup:
Bowtech Guardian
Flashpoint sight
Trophy Taker shakey hunter rest
Alpine Soft-loc quiver
Tru-fire hurricane release
Easton Axis Full Metal Jacket arrows
G5 Montec 100gr. heads
