I thought this whole idea would blow over, as it has in the past. However, it seems like the land transfer is gaining momentum, as evidenced by some recent D.C. legislation.

Local legislators in Wyo think that the State constitutional amendment on the land transfer being pushed by Senators Hicks & Bebout does not have enough votes to pass. Although I can't think it's his intention, Hicks seems to be selling out the sportsmen, who have made it very clear in Wyoming that we don't want this.
