I would like to know if anyone has used the PSE RAIAL X WEAVES and what you thinkof there stregth?>>>>>>>>>>SHARLIN

I was given some about a year ago to test and haven't used anything else since. Simply put the Pro series (.001 straightness) are tough as nails. I have yet to break one and their consistency is outstanding. In my opinion there's not a BETTER shaft out there.

Sounds like the 300s would be comparable to my XTs. I'd come in @ 8.6 grains lighter than my XTs or I could just have my arrows cut an inch longer to have the same weight as my current set up.

Would an inch longer shaft impact how my bow's tuned?

The weight difference between the two shafts in my setup is 2%...I don't see that impacting my pin settings much.

Great arrows as stated in the above posts. You can't go wrong. It is what I shoot.

As do I and I have got nothin' but good to say bout em'!!!!

Thanks everyone for the info, I guess its just me . Im shooting so much better this year and a better bow. If I miss the 3d target, my center shot is right on but wether it be 10yrds or 80 if I go under or over my arrows are just demolised. Ive never broke so many arrows. I am shooting the hunters. My boss doesnt agree with carbon arrows so it doest stk much of a seection. I was shooting the dominators last year for target with no problem. And easton carbon excel for hunting with no problems. Hopefully its a good luck thing. Thanks again.>>>>>>>>>>Sharlin

You know my opinions on carbon arrows as well sharlin, but the carbons that were really durable to me were the super carbons that you sell. I think you ought to give a couple of those to try. I will try to be in to bring you target in soon, my tranny went out in my bronco.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-15-05 AT 09:56AM (MST)[p]PS : 6 of those arrows were robinhoods of course they all three had someones name on them , fourtunitly he witniced the 3rd one first hand. The boss is jealous at 56 hes never had a robinhood. Maybe that will change with the new Switchback. By the way I tried the X7s loved um 1st time at 40 yards, perfect center on all 10. Shood have taken a picture, like that will ever happen again. The problem was they are to soft and bend to easy. ONe snaped in half when hitting the leg of a 3_D . And yes animals have hard bones too.I would not trust them out there. I think carbons are stonger.Hey Dan bring that fletcher with you.>>>>>>>>>>Sharlin

I just bought a dozen. I had a shop cut them and I fletched three of them for shooting. In the three, one of them has a wobble...not sure if it was a bad cut job or not. I did find after matching them for weight to my previous arrow dynamic nitro stingers, my pins had to be dropped big time, I was about 3-4" low on a target at 30 yards. So after all I think my Nitro's were a lot faster...and was a little humbled by the wobble I got from the one out of the three I picked to fletch.

Was the wobble at the insert? When I glue my inserts, I use a Dixon spinner and spin test every one. If the insert is glued in crooked, you're screwed. Although these new inserts for the Radial Weaves are better than the old Competition Pro inserts. I just made the switch and so far am pleased. I hit a knock the other day with a broadhead and if it were a Competition Pro it would have surely split. The Radial Weave was fine. Ed F

Bowuntr:

I'm not sure. Things have been getting better the more I shoot? The one arrow is definetely not true though. I have a Dixon as well and can see a slight problem, but I'm not sure of the location. As far as I can tell the insert looks good. I have thought about taking the insert out and cutting off a sliver to see. What kind of glue do you use? Have you been able to get the insert out by heating?

I have had one pse arrow come back in the year ive worked here. That is another possability. Take it back to the shop you bought it off they should warrenty it.>>>>>>>>>>Sharlin
