Proceesor for Buffalo

I have a cow Buffalo tag for this season. Looking for recommendations for a meat processor between Jackson and Casper. Would like to have the meat vacuum packed. Thanks

Hog Island Meats....10 minutes south of jackson...vacuum sealed and labeled with weight and cut of meat.. Best processor in town. Will do a rush order if you need it, but it will cost to be rushed. Once the animals start hitting the ground they are plenty busy and keep guys cutting nearly 24 hours a day
