Couple inches of new snow today, got cold out there shoveling. Needed a nice warm-up! Slow cooked some left over slices of the prime in au jus for about an hour (plenty for sandwiches tomorrow), fresh steamed veggies, and Parmesan bread sticks. The last three potatoes were starting to get a bunch of eyes, so made a hot mustard potato salad which was the perfect answer!! Pretty good meal.

Just basically a regular potato salad, but so much better the first meal when it's warm. Nice and spicy with stone ground and Dijon mustards, chopped dill pickles and sweet relish, and lots of hard boiled egg

Brides birthday, neither one of us wanted to cook. So we went out. Smoked prime, yum! The potatoes were really good
