Price Utah....anyone here live near there?

Each year we go back to CO (via Nevada)for elk/deer season. Always take the same route, same motels, etc.

What is the Price/Wellington area like? Seems like a decent place to live...small town, quiet,etc. 'Course, you can't see much when driving through...so, I thought I would ask here.



Compromise, hell! ... If freedom is right and tyranny is wrong, why should those who believe in freedom treat it as if it were a roll of bologna to be bartered a slice at a time?

J/K - haven't lived there but have a good friend that does and he loves it. It is pretty quiet - mainly a mining community with some oilfield mixed in. Good folks that live there and you aren't that far away from the best part of the whole state (the Basin of course!).

Price is a lot like Butt Montana only smaller. Anyway Price is a well kept secret.. the local slogan is.. "at least I ain't from Vernal"
