Hey guys, I have been watching this site for a long time and never posted. I pick up alot of horns in Montana and Wyoming. I came across this while looking at some park info online. Check this guy out! He is pretty proud of some of these sheds. $2000.00 for one horn! I guess that makes me rich!

The rest of them looked to be moderately priced... My guess is he really doesn't want to sell that one, but for $2000 he'd be willing to give it up...

LAST EDITED ON May-04-05 AT 07:46AM (MST)[p]Sounds like these guys pick up a lot of the antlers themselves. Must have gotten tired of the crappy prices the antler buyers are giving nowdays. I actually think they got a pretty good idea going....cut out the middle man. I think the guys who pick em up deserve the best price (if you sell them),afterall, they are the ones doing the all the work..........that's right antler hunting is hard work isn't it???


However, I wouldn't sell any of the antlers i'm quite fond of. Been there done that once, kick myself in the behind every year because i'll never find anything like it again!

Looks like a fine site to me. I don't blame the guy for trying to get all he can. It is hard work and you guys are right the antler prices are as low as they have been since I started pickin em up 12 years ago. As far as the 9 point goes I agree he doesen't really want to sell it, but it's a cool picture and hey if there is someone out there that will buy it for that. Let em! Oh and welcome to the site bignbrown. The post is a great conversation piece.

Not a bad idea if you wnat to sell them. That 9 point sure is neat, it would be fun to know if somebody does actually buy that. I looked around the site a bit and he has links to three other sites, on of which is Amazing sheds, sounds cool but go to it and it's all about storage sheds of any variety. I wonder if they even botehred looking at what kind of links they put on their site? Oh well.
