Today President Hinckley was laid to rest.
I found out about his passing last week (news sure travels fast in the Church!) and was sad but not overly brought to tears. Today as I watched President Monson start the funeral services he hesitated (obviously emotional) and that was it, havent had a dry eye since.
I post this because of the life he led and great example he was.

We argue sometimes whether the 'new' guy on MM posts a picture of his 200" buck is legit or not and then tear him down saying it would be lucky to score 184". Doing this (I am guilty) is human nature but what other aspects of our life do we criticize, tear down and overall be negative about? I mostly ask myself this question but look at President Hinckley's life and see how much he emulated the Savior. So, I for one am going to try to take it up step or two to be kinder to others.

although i am not a member of the lds religion, i am sorry for your loss. i watched him on tv a couple times and he always was a good speaker and fun to listen too.
