It came with a brake, but I took it off to use on another rifle. It does have a 20 MOA rail. I shot some factory Hornady ammo through it to see how it shoots, and it shoots good. It is a really nice rifle for sure, but I have a 300 RUM built on a Terminus action that I just like better. It's a lot of money to have wrapped up in a rifle for it to just sit in my safe, so I'm selling it.
