I was planning on doing a custom build on a pre 64 model 70 standard action and never did anything with it. This bolt is from 1938 and wouldn't go all the way into my 1963 receiver. As far as I can tell everything looks correct and intact? If you need additional pics let me know.

$500 shipped.

Unless the handle has been reworked, that is a post war bolt and for sure has a post war bolt sleeve. Looks late 40's to mid 50's, after the handle was reshaped for low scopes but before the hole in the knob. I can't see the S/N in the pictures.

Don't know if these help at all? The only other insignia is on the bottom of the bolt.

148609 is probably 1949 mfg. I think you could fit it to a 1963 receiver (pre-64), but probably best to have a gunsmith who knows what he is doing do the fitting/lapping.

If a new barrel was installed, first thing I would check is how the extractor cut on the barrel lines up with the receiver/bolt extractor. They don't necessarily clock correctly when changing barrels. You might need to file the cut one way or the other

131,000 to 157,000 were guns produced in 1950. This is according to my reference book.

One thing of note is the Model 70 bolts were not meant to be interchangeable. Fitting by a qualified gunsmith would be required. These days not sure what the interest would be in a bolt alone.
