Post Your Pile

Its getting pretty late in the spring and most of us have had a chance to pick up a few sheds to add to the stash.

I love seeing a big towering stack of antlers so post your piles guys.

I can't believe your Mom allows you to keep all those stinkin' things in her house. haha Nice pile. Looks like a lot of fun hiking.

I remember taking a trailer of 1,000 lbs of deer to Salt Lake and selling it back in 1992. I wish I had a photo of that pile. I wonder how many 80+ inch horns were in the pile (we didn't measure anything until the late 1990s) and we usually just left the chalky crap on the ground.

That made me laugh, i wish i still lived with my mom, i'd probably have a lot more sheds! Its been a lot harder to get out this year with a new baby.

I can't imagine selling 1000 pounds of deer sheds. That would be a sad day. I sell a pretty good pile each year but i could never part with a 80"+ shed.

Never- I am glad you have a sense of humor. I thought you were out of the house. Never knew how selling an 80" shed felt because we never looked at them that way. We just gathered them for fun, not knowing they were worth anything, and nobody else really did it. Here is another sad part to the trailer story-- $3 a lb.

Only brought home 38 in 2 trips this year, which isn't even worth posting....

Here is mine. The pile in the house is the browns and some big whites. The pile in the garage is the white ones. I have a few other small piles around the house but these two are the bulk of the antlers for the year.

Sorry, last one was actually two days..........this was the best single day of the year for me. Left 4 on the ground since pack was getting heavy........found over 30 deer sheds this day too and left all but 3 lay.............
