I have not bopught points the last three years. Am I still getting preference points in my unsuccessful years? How would I look up how many points I have?
I'm still a rookie in the draws.

I don't believe the we have a preference point. You have to buy the bonus point. The way we do our preference is so lame I don't know why anybody would bother to buy a bogus point.
