If I put in for region H and also pay for a point. What happens if I draw. Do I get a point plus the tag or do I get my 30$ back and not get a point or did I just pay an extra $30 for the tag. Just wondering. Thanks in advance

If you draw your first choice, you loose your point and get a refund.

You can't draw a first choice and buy a PP in the same calendar year, so you would get a refund and have 0 PPs for the draw in 2013. Hoewever, you are talking deer and a PP is $40. An Antelope PP is $30 and an Elk PP is $50.
