I have a doe tag for next weekend. Just wondering if someone who has hunted the area could tell me if the roads going off sr-24 hold very many lopers or if I should head farther south. Thanks for any info anyone can give.

Yeah they are south of 24 from Loa. We went out on the early hunt. They were really spooky. Anywhere between Antimony and Loa you should get into them pretty good.

What about the roads going off of sr-24 before loa. I've never been down there im only looking at a map. Thanks

Any road that goes south from 24 should put you in antelope country. As long as you get out on the Awapa plateau. My only experince has been going south out of Loa and then we usually head out west on some of the roads once we get out of the ravines. The goats are usually scattered throughout on the sage burshy flats. Just glass alot and you will see goats from long distances.

Should be a fun hunt for you.
