I saw this buck from the freeway as I was going shed hunting. So I decided to flip around and save it. What would you do? Got some coll photos cause he was to tired to run away. I went to pet his head and he jerked back. After he calmed down he seriously gave me that thank you look, I saw it in his eyes. When I drove past he was gone, hope he made it.

Here are a bunch of photos I took on the winter range. I was lucky enough to watch the trophy 3 point shed his antler.

When I drove past this buck the second time he had lost his antler and all the deer were on another hill. I bet someone saw him dropped cause there were foot prints right where he was.

Nice pics. I am glad to see that someone is willing to help the wildlife in certain situations. I once helped a baby elk that was caught in barb wire. I don't know how long it was there but it was exhausted. I got it out and it took off. Days later I saw it with its mother. I was just glad that I could help.
