UThunting and I spent a couple days trying to find a good bull for a fellow hunter. We found this guy in the morning and the hunter put a stalk on him that evening. Bull got spooked, and we lost him. Next morning he shot a different bull with his muzzy.

I thought the pics turned out good any way.

why do all the big ones always have velvet in the palm?

Thanks guys.
Ungulate, the palms curve in so its dificult for them the rub the velvet off. Thats also why the upside of the palms are usually more white too.

Thats funny right there. Talk about seeing something that just ain't there. When the bull turned, it looked like another bull right behind him. And he was huge. lol. Here is the view.
