Looking for a good panning head for my tripod. Any suggestions? Looking to spend no more than $100.

Looking into the Manfrotto 128rc, 700rc2, or 391rc2. Anyone have any experience with any of them? The good, the bad, and the ugly? Anything better? Will be using for digiscoping/packing.

I have the manfrotto 128 rc on a vortex high country tripod. For the money it is a good pan head. I have had no problem with mine after one season of use. I bought a couple of quick disconnect adapter plates to switch between my binoculars and spotting scope while glassing. Worked great.
