We went 4 times last summer to the Trinity and came home slick. Terrible.
Our family has fished it for 15 years or so and that's the first dry spell we have had let alone not catching even a Jack.

That was the answer back in the 70's, when we had a lot of fish.

Nooo. Past logging practices were bad for fish usually. No watershed protection to speak of back in the day (before my time). They have their act together now, and now there is lots of stream restoration going on. Regulations are very protective and that's a good thing.

Most people who were screaming about logging are completely quiet about all the illegal water diversions and illegal grading going on with pot farmers. I don't understand.
