out of state shed hunting

Hey all...new member here. Just a quick question. I live on the Idaho/Oregon border. Being an Idaho resident, do I have to have an Oregon license in order to hunt sheds in Oregon?
I got interested in shed hunting only this past year. While deer hunting, I came across an 8 point elk shed(with the 5th point broke off) and a muley 4 point. Looking forward to getting out and finding more.

No need for any license. I've never heard of any need for one in any state.
