Ouray/Bookcliff's Divide Road

Anyone know how the progress on the road is coming along there? When we came accross it the middle of July it was every man for himself trying to dodge trackhoes, dozers, semis, water tankers, and boulders! The road was tore all to hell! I'm neverous about pulling my 33' 5th across there for the bow hunt!! Any updates would be appreciated! Thanks!
