This is what Democratic front-runner howard dean is saying. He said that the bush administration must not understand the bill of rights because of it's actions.

I have a couple of comments for mr dean

1- osama bin ladin is not an American, thus has no "american" rights

2- Osama is an enemy combatant and can and should be shot on sight

3- Even if he was a citizen, he has admitted guilt, THERE WOULD BE NO TRIAL.

Sorry to vent, but this crap drives me crazy.
 
I have followed politics for a long time and have developed an intense hatred for the liberal pukes.
They are an embarassment to this great nation and they are trying to destroy our (Gun Owners,Outdoorsmen,Hunters,Trappers..etc)way of life.
When I was young I actually bought that Union Propaganda about voting Democrat,and hear it at work all the time.
Just before a presidential election the unions all go around and spread fear into it's members about how "We will all be in bread lines if a Republican is elected" well they have cried wolf way too many times for this cat.
My way of life is way to valuable to me to ever vote for anyone with a "D" next to his name!
I get into it with my in-laws about politics,they are "Kennedy Democrats" I tell them that their party has changed and that they have not been paying attention!
The Democratic party is now the party of the Gay activist,the Feminist movement the animal rights activists,the Hollywood left,the affirmative action movement(Sorry I'm White!)the anti gunners,all the tree-hugger types and socialist leaning liberals. I CANNOT align myself with a crowd like this!

I am an active Teamster and every election year those kiss a$$ d!cks from the Union Hall show up to guilt or scare us into voting Democrat. I got into a knock down drag out with our #1 local guy and 2 of our shop stewards over this subject. I finally had to tell them about my father being if federal law enforcement for 30+ years and how many crooked teamster he had sent to prison for many various reasons including strong arm intimidation and death threats toward members of the republican party.
As far as Osama, let the survivors and the families of 911 decide what to do with the bastard when they get him. I believe that bringing back public execution would make folks think twice about what they are doing. Of course psycho fanatics such as the taliban are not going to be swayed no matter what the consequences are. IMHO I think that Saddam and Osama should be publicly executed by their so called fellow countrymen. Let them chuck rocks at the s.o.b. until they look like a pile of Jell-o with hair.

I think Osama deserves a fair trial...in all of the countries he has committed crimes in. We can start in the middle east and come through the "holy land". That sum'##### would be executed far before he ever made it to US soil. Plus, some of those countries really know how to execute a person, none of that wussy, painless lethal injection crap we use.

Oh, and we have to catch Osama first...are you talking about saddam? I'd say his trial could be held on a neutral kurdish site. With punishment similar to the punishments he has been using over the last 25 years.

Well Harry I agree with you as well. All my family are Union through and through. I was a teamster at UPS until I saw what a joke it was. The unions have brain-washed their workers with pro-democratic propaganda that makes anyone with half a brain want to laugh if it wasn't so dangerous. The politicians buy off or make lavish promises to the Union leaders in exchange for mass votes. Tell me what did Bill Clinton ever do for the Unions, nothing beneficial. Infact, when there were walkouts with airline unions he basically forced them back to work, making collective bargaining a joke, which is really the only force a Union has. Meanwhile Pres. Bush instituted tariffs on import steel to help our steel industry (unions) recover, (which was ruled illegal by the WTO, but that is another topic altogether) so just look at the track records. Democrats should change there name to Socialists because their entitlement and welfare socialistic policies are exactly that.

Here is my prediction of what will happen with this years election: the democratic primaries will get uglier and uglier, fighting amongst themselves, then when it looks like they will never be able to pull themselves together as one strong unifying voice with a chance to win the election- here comes Hillary to save the day as the democratic savior, after all the mud flinging and dirty work is over by the knuckleheads fighting it out now. That's exactly how she won her New York senate seat. It's kind of like a first round bye in the playoffs.

Actually it is the killing of Osama is deemed inappropriate, Not the targeting. Neither Executive Order 12,333 nor international law specifially prohibits the killing or targeting of a foreign leader. However, given the capture the point is moot.

I know he's done some bad stuff, but since he's never done anything bad to me, just let him live. He's probably got family problems and issues like all the rest of us. We are all human, just let him go but keep him out of our country.

I also hope you are not serious. Jeffrey Dahmer had some problems too, doesn't mean that what he did should have gone unpunished (and it didn't, in court he got life, and in prison, he got death) I think that most of us will agree that the penal system is failing us, and we need to go back in time to the days of the hangings and death penalties for heinous crimes. If we promised the offenders a bullet between the eyebrows or a tall tree and short piece of rope, instead of a vacation at a government funded resort and spa, I think we might see a new sense of respect for our fellow man. Our countries might not have a huge financial deficit from feeding and housing these creeps if Bin Laden had decided to fly his hijacked planes into a federal penetentiary of rapists and murderers instead of a building full of honest working citizens. We might not have as many offenders if they were certain their actions were a death sentence. Sorry for the rant, but I have worked as a sharp shooter in a federal institution for the criminally insane, and it is no picnic.

I saw people jumping out of a skyscraper to avoid the fires, what kind of choice is that? Saw two skyscrapers fall on people who wanted to do nothing but there shift at work and go home to their lives. Brave men and women responded to the horror trying to help their fellow man and died for their trouble. Didn't do anything to me? How could you say that? Everything was changed that day. All bets were, and still are, off. America is nobody's b itch period. Every American should feel that way. It's OK if we disagree amongst ourselves but outsiders better not bring their crap to our door and expect to get away with it. They did during Clinton's tenure, and that's why bin Laden found the balls to attack US, all of US. Got that you imbecile?
 
Take it easy on Jefferey. I know him and he is just as worked up about Osama as the next guy. He just shows it in a different way. He is a great hunter too, not a PETA member or tree hugger. Just a little different in his views on how to handle this issue.

I think that deep down he realizes that it did affect him as well.

Osama deserves to DIE. Right now I am in the US ARMY infantry and am getting ready to deploy to IRAQ next month. I would give anything to be the man to find that SOB. There is only one thing that would stop me from shooting him on sight. Thats the thought of all those people who lost there lives on 9/11. Shooting him would let him off WAY to easy. I also dont want him to sit in a prison and wait to die of old age.There really is no punishment that could justify what he has done but I can sure think of alot of things that can be done to try.
