I'm considering picking up a PSE Stingray from a good friend. He was not comfortable with it and used only about 5 times, never for the hunt. It is equiped with a Bodoodle rest, I believe it may be the Pro-500 or Pro Lite. Also equiped is a stablilizer(not sure type), and sight(not sure type but told it was about $100 sight). I shot the bow and it felt great with great grouping. My friend is asking $400. He says the entire setup ran him almost $800 between the bow, sights, rest and stabilizer. I would love any feedback. I haven't shot for about 10 years and am trying to get back involved.

Sounds like a good deal even though I don't know anything about the bow. My advice is to take it to an archery shop and shoot it with them checking your form and draw length. If everything checks out, welcome back to the archery world.

Sounds like a great deal man, Chances are with a site over 100 you have the leveler on it as well. PSE makes some fine bows, I've been shooting a PSE Fireflight for about 3 years now and love it. I also shoot my xt2000 from hoyt, but for you, You haven't shot in 10 years you said, the PSE sounds like a great bow to get you back in the game bud.

Thank you both for the feedback....It looks like I'll be picking it up this week. When I do, I'll get the specifics and will let you all know...

Hey whats the drw length on that thing? If you don't but it I'd be interested....J/K. I have shot PSE's for about 13 yrs and love them. All in all it sounds like a good deal. Remember the smaller you aim the tighter the group.

The draw on it is 29". I believe they said it had an 85% letoff but I thought it would only be 80%. Does 85% sound right?
