Opening day foggy

Looking out my window I see that the Grey's river area and Salt River range is pea soup fog all the way to the base of the mountains. Those guy's are freezing there butts off. I'm sure there were a few folks who hiked up high in the pouring rain last night. Braving the elements for a chance at a trophy buck.

Foggy right now, but I can see 300 yards. Most of the morning hasn't been bad. Real wet, but no rain today. Skiff of snow last night.
I ain't seen the one I'm after.

It was definitely chilly up top on the opener. Woke up to a full blanket of white stuff where I was!..Spent all day waiting to see, but when it finally broke in late afternoon...the bucks were out and about. . Just spent all day today with over 130lbs in my pack getting out of the mountains. Im beyond stoked with what the highcountry provided for me! Already cant wait to start scouting again next summer! time to focus on elk and antelope for the rest of this season
