On and Off Season workout

I put alot of time and thought into this plan and it goes like this.

1. I decided to run 15 miles a day rain or shine.

2. I decided to lift weights everyday work days or not.

3. I decided to climb the 7,000 foot peak behind the cabin every day rain or shine. Starting point would be 2,000 plus or minus a foot or two.

4. I planned on swimming 1 1/2 miles a day in my pool rain or shine because duh rain is just water.

5. I planned on then walking with my wife the 5 miles she walks every evening ona non rainy day, she's a wuss.

6. Then I bought a light for my Mt bike so I could ride in the dark when all the other stuff was complete.

7. Then most importantly I layed down till all those thoughts went away and then watched football.

The end.
 
Hmmm..good post. One like this has potential to be the all time post leader. Good topic.
