Old bulls sheds

Found these sheds this spring. The larger one appears to be from 2003, the smaller one 2004.

Do you figure these are from a bull that's going down hill or just kind of raggy? I can't tell from the pictures.

I figure its from a bull thats going down hill. The antler mass is really good on the older shed, and the base is really big, and then on the fresher antler it is a little bigger at the base but the rest of the beam is not as heavy and he lost his bez point.
