Roy, that only works if you legalize it world wide. If it's only legal in a few states, they'll just grow and smuggle it out of those states.

Some counties in California have already started issuing permits to grow even though it hasn't even been voted on yet.(they want to be sure and get in on the ground floor when it comes to collecting the taxes) That's been a green light for thousands of new grows. So many that law enforcement doesn't have the man power to deal with it.
