Officially season

Got out for some archery antelope. Several failed stalks. Lost count on how many

Wanted the weird buck. Got to 70 yards but my comfort zone is 40 or less yards

Next 2 bucks wasn't even close. To smart and to many eyes.

Did fill my tag today so wasn't a bad day. Hotter than hell.

Last pic is the buck I took. Shot was little high at 32 yards. Waited almost a hour. Pulled another stalk and got blown. Didn't go far and bedded again. So attempted another stalk and I couldn't find him. Little did I know he was behind some sage brush 10 yards away. And let another arrow fly.

Lost count on how many antelope I saw. Almost every doe had a fawn. Very healthy herds all around

Cell phone pics. Last pic is actually a video that I did a screen shot on thus why it's all fuzzy. You can see the blood pouring out.

He isn't huge. I'm not picky with archery gear. We got 2 more tags to fill and hopefully my son gets a decent one but I am nor going to push it. Will let him pick what he wants
