'Octomom' files for bankruptcy, owes $30K in rent

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) ? "Octomom" Nadya Suleman has filed for bankruptcy, saying in a court filing that she has as much as $1 million in debt.

Suleman wants a fresh start and said in a statement that filing for bankruptcy Monday is what's best for her children, according to the Orange County Register (http://bit.ly/IDaiOh ).

"I have had to make some very difficult decisions this year, and filing Chapter 7 was one of them," Suleman said.

The La Habra mother of 14 reports up to $50,000 in assets in federal court filings, which means she owes more than 20 times her net worth.

Just one of our state's greedy parasites that use the system to make a living. She will no doubt teach everyone of her kids how to suck the system also. We can just hope some of the kids raise above their mom and contribute and not be a parasite.

Feddoc has been trying to help her out spending all his money on talking to her on her 900 phone number but money does not go as far as it once did especially for 14 kids when mom is getting $500 hair cuts.
