Well my brother-in-law and myself are geting the bug.Does anyone know where we can hunt exotics around Wa.St. or maybe oregon?I just got my new switchback xt and really want to take it out!!!!!!!!
contact your fish and game office...they probably have some depredation or management hunts....killing does...but it wont cost you a fortune and they are usually a drive up and kill them thing....kinda like shooting any exotics on less then 10000 acres of range with no feeding or watering stations...what made you choose the XT over a standard Switchback...have your chronographed it and if you have what is the true FPS with your set up and arrow...

I just like the way the XT felt and heard good things about it.Iv'e only had it a couple weeks and im going to take it in this friday to have it paper tuned and chronographed.I'll let you know all the details.as for the hunt I heard about a place in oregon called clover creek I really want to shoot a boar and thats the only place i knpow of so far...........
I know of a great place in California but not any out of CA but this place has tons of game on it and u can have a guide of do a lone hunt for $450. if you want more info on it i think there is some info under exotics on this website.
dl19.... sorry it took so long to get back to ya(we just moved)my bow is shooting 278fps @64lbs glod tip pro hunter arrows 100grain tips whisker biscut rest.I don't think thats bad at all!
