Here's the response from the NRA in the wake of our most recent tragedy. It's not going to please everyone but it logical and well thought out and offers real world solutions and shows that many facets of society have failed on this.

One line in here is crystal clear and stark reality.

Not what the feel good folks or the media want to hear..And listening to their response it makes it clear that THIS ISNT ABOUT PROTECTING KIDS..Its about a gun grab.

Honestly, when someone is threatening your life what do you do? What do they do to protect the congress?The president? Do they pass a law saying you will be in super duper double trouble if you shoot an official? Do they ban weapons? No, they have armed protection for them..Guess they are serious about protecting them huh..food for thought.
