NR Youth Antelope Question

I hope to take my 12-year-old daughter on her first big game hunt for antelope this year. Doe or buck, it makes no difference to her. Does anyone know if a certain percentage of tags are set aside for non residence youth specifically like they are for adults, or are non resident and resident youth grouped together in the same pool of youth tags? I can't find anything in the regulations dealing with the non resident youth process, other than the price for the tags.

No separate draw pools for the kids in WY. They are in the adult draw and the only difference is the license fee for them is cheaper.
