NR Bull Elk Draw Odds?

I looked on the Utah DWR site and could not find the draw odds from 2013. I've got 5 NR elk points. Can someone point me in the right direction to where the draw odds are posted so I can see how long I have to wait to draw an elk tag? I appreciate the help.
