Northern Utah Moose Question

I want to put in for the Ogden Moose Unit, but I have heard that it is mostly private. Does anyone know if the landowners will give permission with or without a trespass fee, and if it is a fee, how much do the charge? How do I find out who the landowners are?

theres plenty of public for moose but the herd has been down for a few years.

Thanks for the info. After I posted the question, I did some searching and it sounds like many people hunt the public ground. Unfortunately it also sounds like the herd is down in that area.
