Non-resident Deer Tags

In every other state I know, the number of non-resident tags is limited to some fraction of the total number of tags for any unit. I am not aware that this is the case for California. Correct, or no?

No cap on non residents on deer tag draw at all, if your going to be serious about applying for x zones you should see if you can purchase a lifetime license before you start. It wouldn't take to long of building points and having to buy a license every to cover the lifetime price.
