NO WMA ACCESS UNTIL 4/10/201

There are a lot of people breaking the law in Northern Utah and jumping the fences that clearly say "NO SHED HUNTING UNTIL SECOND SATURDAY IN APRIL".
Please remember that most of the WMA (Wildlife Managment Units) are closed to ALL access until April 10th. The fish and game guys are giving out tickets left and right at East Canyon and Henefer/Echo WMAs. I also know people are going into Middlefork WMA.
These areas are CRITICAL winter range and no sheds are worth killing the deer over. So please respect the laws and if you didn't know before, NOW YOU DO! This applies to all access points of the WMAs. Henefer/Echo has a bunch of areas that are not main access points and are not marked very clearly. Please read you regs and respect the laws.

I hear ya man, but what about all the butt-holes out riding snowmobiles and coyote hunting, etc. out on the WMAs?

Snowmobiles on WMAs???? Where? Which one?
I'm not sure you can get away with a snowmible on a WMA, unless it's middlefork and they are coming off Sun Ridge or something.

The DWR is patrolling the WMAs pretty good, but there are still too few officers to catch most of these butt heads.

I have been frustrated too. There is a WMA right behind my house, which I am able to glass almost on a daily basis, and I see people up there almost every day. On the gate it clearly says no picking up sheds until mid April. Sunday morning I saw four different people up there, and I got on the Division website, but was unable to find a number to call about the violations. I wish it was easier to report, or something.
