No more leftover license

LAST EDITED ON May-20-09 AT 12:03PM (MST)[p]Did they say if the leftover or whatever they call them will be sold online? For us non-res it would be tough to buy one from a local outlet - I know some will do it over the phone, some don't so just wondering if you know.
