You'll notice they mention something in the article about homeless officers. Most larger areas have a dedicated squad of officers devoted specifically to homeless issues. Political correctness on steroids is what it is. See those piles of crap in the picture? Can't touch 'em. Can't burn 'em, can't throw 'em away. They have to be catalogued and put in safekeeping so said sht birds will have a head start when they are once again free to victimize society. You can't make this ##### up.

The waterfront along the bay was supposed to be the "gem" of our city. They put in walking/bicycle trails and picnic areas all along there. The homeless took it all over and it's not even safe to go there. There are about 600 living in the brush.

One idea was to cut all the brush so they couldn't hide. The Coastal Commission won't issue the permit because it's considered wet lands. Now it's a pristine garbage/sewage dump. haha!
