If this is the 130,000 acres NE of Roswell the feedback applies. I tried to buy the tags on this place a few years back. I lost them to the oil lease folks. Afterward I found out from the owners that controlling the oil employees was a bit difficult, if you get my drift. In the end I was glad I did not get them because I would have had a fight on immediately in trying to effectively manage for good bucks. The best bucks I saw on this place was in the mid 70's.
