I bought a 24" cape on ebay and handed them all over to BIGBULL48 to work his magic. First challenge was finding a big enough mannequin; he finally just bought the biggest he could get and then used some of his magic puddy to build up the neck and shoulders. Then he had to patch a missing piece of the cape off its back.

When he returned them, you could not wipe the grin off my face...

As mounted, 34" outside spread.
