Nice!! What's the story? Just wondering whereabout you got it? I saw a few just past the Little Walnut campground when I was hunting deer in January. I think I'm going to apply for Javelinas for 07, and see if I can get one down by Cloverdale.

Eddie,

I took this pig on Dinwitty's place in Cliff.

The story is pretty funny. I had just finiished a two mile walk, without seeing a single pig. I was sitting on my tailgate waiting for my hunting buddy to show up. Low and behold this pig shows up across a canyon about 100 yards. He's making his way towards me. I got my bow and walked about 30 yards from the truck and waited for him to come to me. I ranged him at 32 yards and let the arrow fly. Looked like a real good hit but i decided to go back to the truck to let him die. Just then I see my hunting buddy walking to the truck, I sat there while he told me the story of his misses. And something about scaring one over my way.

That's when I told him that the one he scared my way is probably dead.

Nice piggy Tommy . Had a good hunt last Feb too, but shot mine with a .223 at 35 yards . Carried my bow all morning and the wind just picked up real bad , when I got to the truck I put it away and when we went out to look for coyotes , we came across the little smelly dudes and sure enough in bow range too , but no bow , still let the air out though ...NMHUNTNUTT
