Nicknames for species?

I noticed on another thread here someone looking for nicknames of antelope. What other names do you all have for different species? here are a couple of ours.

Yodel dogs/song dogs/slicks = coyotes

Speed goat = antelope

swamp donkey = moose

big stinkeys = elk (thanks bess)

Molly = muley doe

any others?

Earlier today a racist, bigot comment was posted in this thread that offended atleast one other MM member other than myself.

I ask that you all please be thoughful of other people when you post things in these forums. If anyone wants to post that kind of crap, please go somewhere else. I do not want comments like that in my forums, or the people who think that way on my website.

PLEASE, everyone, send the moderators and I an ALERT if you see anything like that in these forums. Nasty, racist, bigot comments are not what this site is about.
