Nice WY Ram

LAST EDITED ON Nov-16-07 AT 03:40PM (MST)[p]HaHa! Unfortuneatly that sheep herd isn't faring to well. I spoke with a biologist about the herd and it has remained static ever since they were transplanted into Wind River Canyon back in 95. There must be some good habitat or genetics, the biologist also told me an indian kid killed a 14 year old ram in that area last year! The area could support way more sheep and could become a source herd for other transplants but it needs another transplant of sheep from similar country. The whiskey mountain sheep have shown they don't do well in low elevation areas.

Wow that's a nice Wyoming Ram. Sounds like there aren't many ewes in the area to pass on those great genes. Too Bad! Anyone got a score on that beast?
